Furnicom – Refund Policy

At Furnicom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the following details:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within [number of days] days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Custom or special order items
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Assembled furniture (unless defective)

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at Sales@furnicombd.com or +880 1713-064663 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days or 72 hours.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts).
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [percentage or amount] may apply to certain returns, especially if the item was a special order.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Sales@furnicombd.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Follow the same process as the return procedure to initiate an exchange.

5. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, if the item has already been processed or shipped, the return policy will apply.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Refund Exceptions

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@furnicombd.com.
